• Allergies
  Please report to reception if you need special beds and bed linen or if you require special foodstuffs.

• Baby equipment
  Nappy bucket, high chair, children’s bed, baby bath & thermometer are all available free of charge, please specify when booking
• Bathrobes
  You will find these in the rooms in the: Schwimmendes Seehotel, Strandhaus hotel rooms
  Available for collection from reception: IGLU & lakeside holiday home
• BBQ
  Feel free to have a BBQ, that’s why we have our own BBQ area. Simply let us know beforehand if you want to use it. There’s no charge.
  A BBQ is available on all terraces belonging to the IGLUs and the floating lakeside hotel. Please provide your own charcoal and wood.
• Breakfast
  Our luxury breakfast is prepared on a daily basis. Depending on the number of people and the date, our breakfast room or the large breakfast hall will be available.
  Breakfast can also be booked as a “room service breakfast”, please specify this when booking or when you check in. Only available in the Strandhaus-Hotel, Seehotel and IGLU.

  Daily between 7:00 and 10:30, earlier is also possible by request.

  If you have forgotten your charger, simply ask at reception, we may be able to help.
• Check IN
  Check IN possible from 15:00.
  If you would like to arrive after 17:00, please let us know and we will put your key in the key box.

  Chek OUT before 10:30
  When you check in, please ask whether you can check out later than 12:00.

  Feel free to bring your four legged friends, after all, they are part of your family. We charge a fee of €10.00 for their entire stay. Please keep dogs on the lead whenever you are on site and please note that they are not allowed in the sand pit areas for children.

  Feel free to bring us your stamped letters or postcards and we will post them for you. You can also buy stamps from us.
